Clocks purchased through Bavarian Clockworks come complete with a minimum 2 year manufacturer warranty serviceable through our Bavarian Clockworks authorized service center. Our shop and service center are located in the USA offering our customers a convenient one stop shopping and service experience. We can be reached by telephone, chat, and email too!

We also offer additional access to world-wide service stations both inside and outside the USA. If you are considering one of the service stations listed, please contact them directly to confirm that they are authorized to perform warranty work for your clockmaker. The list below is provided by the Black Forest Clock association and lists shops that are practiced in cuckoo clock repair. Not all shops on the list are authorized to perform warranty work for all of our clockmakers so please verify.
