Tremendously positive shopping experience. I found the beautiful Schneider cuckoo clock I wanted at the best price I could find anywhere, and it arrived literally in 2 days. It was packed perfectly -- no chance of breakage, and I got it out of the boxes and up and ticking and cuckooing in just a few minutes with the enclosed instructions. Also received super-friendly and fast email responses from the kind proprietor. I highly recommend Bavarian Clockworks and am so happy with my cuckoo clock (although our startled cats are a little less happy with it! lol).

It was really fun looking at all of the clocks. Great selection, great prices. It would be great if you explained the animation component more thoroughly at the beginning.
